Message from the Representative Director

A third period of opening to the world is about to begin. More than 150 years have passed since Japan first opened under the pressure of military force. Since then, the spread of the internet has removed borders from the flow of information. This can be seen as the second opening.

Some even say that by the year 3000 there may be no such thing as a "pure" Japanese person. But what does "pure" mean in the first place? As people born on planet Earth, we share the responsibility to work, learn, care for one another, and pass this planet on to the next generation. The era of one world has already begun.

To continue learning in and contributing to Japan with pride on the global stage, we need diverse and capable talent. We founded this company with a clear mission: through the acceptance and effective use of international talent, we aim to be Polaris, the North Star guiding Japan, a great vessel, towards a new course.
