Workers may not be assigned to duties that fall outside the scope of their status of residence. Understanding and managing the permitted scope of work is essential.
To accept Specified Skilled Workers, the receiving organisation must satisfy the following conditions.
* Conditions 7–9 can be met through our support services.
* Automobile maintenance, shipbuilding, and ship machinery are outside the scope of our support services.
