From April 2026, Specified Skilled Worker periodic reports move from quarterly to once a year, due by 31 May. ISA has published three explainer videos for the online e-notification system.
The Immigration Services Agency (ISA) has confirmed that periodic reporting by accepting organisations and registered support organisations under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) programme shifts from quarterly to annual from April 2026.
Affected employers and registered support organisations should prepare for the first annual filing under the new cycle, due 31 May 2026.
